Oh snap! You can take screenshots during cutaways.
This I did not know. But I tried it today and it worked. You can get a killer up close, detailed pic of your character in an awesome setting during some of the cutsceen quest films!

I got a great screencap of a cutscene where Prince Rurik is giving the party some instructions and carryign on normal conversation, and all the while a large party of Charr are beating the snot out of us.

You can hit shift to get rid of the 2 black bars in your screenshot as well
